Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson have officially tied the knot. According to a marriage certificate obtained by TMZ, their union was legally recognized on Thursday (May 21) after a Palm Beach County deputy clerk signed off on the license. The couple plans to celebrate their marriage with an intimate ceremony in the Bahamas this weekend, attended by close family and friends.
The guest list for the wedding is intentionally small, with fewer than 50 people expected to attend, according to CNN. However, one notable absence will be President Donald Trump, who confirmed on Truth Social that he will not be attending due to “circumstances pertaining to Government.” He expressed his congratulations to the couple, stating, “While I very much wanted to be with my son, Don Jr., and the newest member of the Trump Family, his soon-to-be wife, Bettina, circumstances pertaining to Government, and my love for the United States of America, do not allow me to do so.”
Trump Jr., 48, and Anderson, 39, announced their engagement in December 2025 after dating for over a year. Anderson, a Palm Beach socialite and model, comes from a prominent family known for their philanthropic efforts. She has been actively involved in environmental conservation and charity work, as noted by Yahoo.
This marks Trump Jr.’s second marriage, following his divorce from Vanessa Trump in 2018. Anderson and Trump Jr. made their public debut as a couple during President Trump’s inauguration in January 2025. The couple’s wedding in the Bahamas is set to be a private affair, with Trump Jr.’s siblings expected to be in attendance.
