WEST HOLLYWOOD (CNS) – Latino entertainers, activists and cultural leaders are expected to gather Saturday evening in West Hollywood for La Cena: Los Angeles, an annual celebration recognizing Latino influence in entertainment, advocacy and business.
The event, organized by MOSAICO Impact, is scheduled to begin at 7:45 p.m. Saturday at Casa Madera on Sunset Boulevard.
Civil rights activist Dolores Huerta is set to receive the organization’s 2025 Luminary Award, while actors Ana Ortiz, Mark Indelicato and Tony Plana of “Ugly Betty” will receive Legacy Awards.
Suzette Quintanilla is also expected to attend and accept a special honor on behalf of her late sister, singer Selena Quintanilla.
According to organizers, confirmed attendees include singer and actress Becky G, Actors Gabriel Luna of “The Last of Us,” Justina Machado of “Matlock,” Francia Raisa and Jesse Garcia are also expected to attend.
The evening will include a red carpet reception, dinner program and post-program reception.
MOSAICO Impact said La Cena was launched in 2023 as a multi-city dinner series intended to bring together Latino artists, executives and cultural leaders while promoting representation and opportunity in entertainment and media.
