Turning Point USA Plans UC Berkeley Event After Kirk’s Death

Turning Point USA, the conservative student organization founded by Charlie Kirk, has announced a campus stop at the University of California, Berkeley on November 10, 2025. This event is part of an 11-stop tour that continues despite the recent death of Kirk, who was shot and killed on September 10 at Utah Valley University during the “American Comeback Tour.” The tour has been renamed the “Turning Point Tour” to honor Kirk’s legacy.

The UC Berkeley event will feature actor Rob Schneider and Christian author Frank Turek as headliners. Schneider, known for his roles in films like “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo,” has been outspoken in his criticism of California Governor Gavin Newsom. Turek, who was a mentor to Kirk, also spoke at Kirk’s memorial service in Arizona.

The tour’s continuation was announced shortly after a public memorial service for Kirk, attended by an estimated 90,000 people at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk’s widow and the new CEO of Turning Point USA, has vowed to carry on the organization’s work. She stated, “Every part of our work will become greater,” during a memorial service.

The event at UC Berkeley will be free to attend, with registration limited to one mobile number per person, and will cap the tour that includes appearances by conservative figures like Megyn Kelly, Glenn Beck, and Vivek Ramaswamy.
