LOS ANGELES (CNS) – A multi-vehicle crash in the South Los Angeles area today left seven people injured, five seriously.
Paramedics were sent to the 8600 block of South Main Street about 11:55 a.m., according to the Los Angles Fire Department.
Five people were taken to hospitals with serious injuries, and two were transported for treatment of “lesser injuries,” the LAFD reported.
At least one child was among the injured, according to reports from the scene. The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
