President Trump Slams World Leaders In Speech To UN General Assembly

President Donald Trump delivered a forceful speech at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday (September 23), sharply criticizing the international body and various world leaders. He began by highlighting what he sees as his administration’s successes, claiming, “One year ago, our country was in deep trouble. But today, just eight months into my administration, we’re the hottest country anywhere in the world.”

Trump criticized the UN for not living up to its potential, stating that he had to engage in peacemaking efforts that the UN should have handled. He claimed to have ended seven wars, including conflicts in Cambodia, Thailand, Kosovo, and Serbia, without any assistance from the UN. Trump also criticized the UN’s efforts on climate change, calling it “the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the world” and urged countries to reject globalist concepts that require industrialized nations to reduce carbon emissions.

The president also addressed immigration, criticizing European leaders for their handling of migration and claiming that their countries are being “destroyed” by illegal aliens. He emphasized his administration’s hard-line immigration policies, stating that they have effectively stopped uncontrolled migration into the U.S.

Trump’s remarks included a call for denuclearization and an end to biological weapons research, announcing an international effort to enforce the Biological Weapons Convention. He also reiterated his administration’s stance on foreign investments, claiming that $17 trillion is being invested in the U.S. through trade and investment agreements.

Throughout his speech, Trump took aim at former President Joe Biden and touted his administration’s achievements, including pressuring NATO to increase defense spending and urging European countries to cease energy purchases from Russia. Trump concluded by offering American leadership and friendship to nations willing to join in creating a safer, more prosperous world.
