LOS ANGELES (CNS) – Police sought the public’s help Wednesday in locating the person who shot and killed a woman in South Los Angeles nearly four years ago.
The shooting occurred around 7:30 a.m. Oct. 29, 2020, at the intersection of 84th and Hoover streets, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Police said the woman had been walking east on 84th Street toward Hoover Street when she was fatally shot-
Police released a surveillance photo of the suspect’s vehicle, which was described as an older-model silver, gray or gold-colored Mercedes Benz C or E Class sedan with a sunroof and tinted windows.
The city is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the suspect’s identification, arrest and conviction.
Anyone with information regarding the shooting was urged to call LAPD South Bureau Homicide Division Detective Franco at 323-786-5154.
