One Killed, Two Injured in Freeway Crash in Granada Hills

GRANADA HILLS (CNS) – One person was killed and two others were injured in a collision involving at least three vehicles on the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway in Granada Hills.

The collision was reported about 6:10 p.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway at Woodley Avenue, according to Nicholas Prange of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two were taken to a hospital in fair condition. The name of the deceased individual was withheld pending notification of their next of kin. The cause of the collision was under investigation.
