Massive Manhunt Launched For Man Who Abducted Four Kids In Car

Illinois police are urgently searching for Austin Bell, a 30-year-old man who allegedly abducted four children early Saturday morning (October 25). The children, Nia Hill, 10, and her siblings Noah, Nolan, and Nova Hill, were reportedly taken from a vehicle parked outside 13609 South Low Avenue in Riverdale. Bell, who is not the children’s father, allegedly drove off in a silver 2010 Acura MDX with Illinois license plate FE60619.

The Riverdale Police Department responded to a report of a “domestic-related kidnapping” around 1:30 a.m. An Amber Alert was issued, and the children were later recovered, though the details of their recovery have not been disclosed. Chief of Police Mark Kozeluh confirmed that the children are undergoing medical evaluations as a precaution.

Bell is described as a male wearing a black varsity jacket with white stitching. He remains at large, and authorities are working with local, state, and federal partners to locate him.

Bell is the ex-boyfriend of the children’s mother, whose identity has not been disclosed. His motive for the abduction remains unclear.

The Riverdale Police Department urges anyone with information about Bell’s whereabouts to contact their Detective Division at (708) 841-2203 or dial 911. The search continues as authorities seek to ensure the children’s safety and apprehend Bell.
