A man who threatened to “blow up” an Ulta Beauty store in Alabama was seen with colored markings across his entire face in his mugshot.
Timothy Lincoln, 42, of Buras, Louisiana, was charged with making a terrorist threat after he allegedly said he was “going to blow this s**t up” while standing outside the cosmetics store in the Tiger Town shopping complex on Enterprise Drive in Opelika, according to a criminal complaint obtained by WRBL.
An Ulta employee told police that they overheard Lincoln making the threat to someone else while talking on his phone. The suspect was arrested and the store was evacuated after police rushed to the scene.
Lincoln reportedly covered his face with markers at some point prior to being detained, which led to an unusual mugshot in which his face was completely covered in red, black and purple marks, as well as his beard being painted blue, though it wasn’t immediately clear how he got ahold of the materials used.
Lincoln was permanently banned from the Ulta store. Making a terrorist threat is considered a Class C felony in adherence with Alabama state law and carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison if convicted.
