First Lady Melania Trump has invited a diverse group of guests to attend President Donald Trump‘s address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday (March 4). These guests, each with unique stories, highlight key policies and achievements of the Trump administration.
Among the guests are Elliston Berry from Aledo, Texas, a 15-year-old who was targeted by AI-generated deepfakes, and the Comperatore family from Sarver, Pennsylvania, who lost firefighter Corey Comperatore during the assassination attempt on Trump during a campaign rally. The guest list also includes Jeff Denard from Decatur, Alabama, who has worked at a steel plant for nearly three decades, and Haley Ferguson from Spring Hill, Tennessee, a former foster child and scholarship recipient from the First Lady’s “Foster the Future” initiative.
Other notable guests include Stephanie Diller, the widow of NYPD officer Jonathan Diller, and Marc Fogel, an American teacher recently released from Russian detention. The White House has stated that these guests represent the administration’s efforts to address issues such as border security, law and order, and AI-generated content.
The First Lady’s guests will be seated in her box during the speech, which will focus on “the renewal of the American dream.” The address will touch on President Trump’s accomplishments in his first six weeks in office and outline his future priorities, including domestic manufacturing and border security.
