Girl, 14, Reported Missing in East Los Angeles

EAST LOS ANGELES (CNS) – Authorities Friday sought the public’s assistance to find a 14-year-old girl who was last seen in East Los Angeles.

Amber Celia Mendoza was last seen about 10 p.m. Thursday in the 700 Block of Fetterly Avenue, near James A. Garfield High School, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Amber is Hispanic, 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds, with brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair. She as last seen wearing a black sweater, blue shorts and a blue Dodgers bracelet.
