Virginia Giuffre‘s memoir, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, is set for release on October 21. Giuffre, a prominent accuser of Jeffrey Epstein, completed the manuscript before her death in April. The book, co-authored with journalist Amy Wallace, aims to shed light on systemic failures in addressing human trafficking.
According to the publisher, Alfred A. Knopf, the memoir contains intimate details about Giuffre’s experiences with Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and others, including Prince Andrew. Giuffre had previously reached an out-of-court settlement with Prince Andrew in 2022 after accusing him of sexual assault, allegations he has denied.
In an email to Wallace sent shortly before her death, Giuffre expressed her wish for the memoir to be published, emphasizing its importance in raising awareness about trafficking issues. Knopf editor-in-chief Jordan Pavlin described the memoir as a “raw and shocking” account of Giuffre’s struggle for freedom.
The book was both fact-checked and legally vetted, ensuring its accuracy and impact. Giuffre’s earlier unpublished memoir, The Billionaire’s Playboy Club, remains distinct from ‘Nobody’s Girl.’ Wallace, Giuffre’s co-author, is an award-winning reporter with work featured in major publications like the New York Times.
