Earth, Wind & Fire at Hollywood Bowl’s July 4th Fireworks Spectacular

Under a warm Southern California sky, Earth, Wind & Fire brings the groove to the Hollywood Bowl, headlining the annual July Fourth Fireworks Spectacular alongside the Los Angeles Philharmonic, conducted by the always-energetic Thomas Wilkins.

The iconic funk-soul-R&B band—founded in Chicago and inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2000 will perform timeless hits like “Let’s Groove,” “Reasons,” “September,” “Shining Star,” and “That’s the Way of the World,” that will have fans dancing in the aisles.

The Hollywood Bowl has long been the place where Angelenos celebrate Independence Day, with its signature three-night July 2–4 concert series. Each evening will wrap up with a breathtaking fireworks show, lighting up the Bowl and the surrounding Hollywood Hills in dazzling red, white, and blue.

Still hoping to join in the fun? Good news—tickets are still available for the remaining performances for July 4 at 7:30 p.m.

KFI’s Heather Brooker spoke with LA Phil’s COO Daniel Song on Entertain Me about how the Bowl is preparing for the 4th of July celebration this year. And he’s sharing tips to have the best Bowl experience that you don’t want to miss.
