LAKEWOOD (CNS) – Sheriff’s detectives today asked the public to help them locate a 61-year-old woman with the mental capacity of a 10-year-old who was last seen getting on a shuttle bus in Lakewood.
Gail Marie Simpson was last seen at 6 a.m. Friday in the 12000 block of Walcroft Street entering a shuttle van, according to Deputy Raquel Utley of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Information Bureau.Â
Simpson is described as Black, 5-feet-7 inches tall, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a brown floral hat.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff’s Missing Person’s Unit at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (8477).
