The parents of seven-month-old Emmanuel Haro have been charged with murder after authorities uncovered inconsistencies in their story about the child’s disappearance. Rebecca claimed she was knocked unconscious while changing Emmanuel’s diaper, but investigators found discrepancies in her account.
Court documents reveal that Emmanuel may have been killed between August 5 and August 14, with August 5 being the last confirmed day he was seen alive. The Haros were charged with murder and making a false police report in Riverside County Superior Court. They are being held on $1 million bail each and have postponed their arraignment to September 4.
