Andrew Tate Sued for Alleged Assault at Beverly Hills Hotel

Influencer Andrew Tate faces a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles, accusing him of assaulting his ex-girlfriend Brianna Stern at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Stern claims that during their 10-month relationship, Tate’s behavior became increasingly aggressive, culminating in an alleged attack on March 11. According to the lawsuit, Tate choked and beat Stern, leaving her with a concussion. Stern alleges that Tate threatened her, saying he would force her to work on OnlyFans and give him the earnings.

The lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, includes claims of sexual assault, battery, gender violence, negligence, and emotional distress. Stern is also seeking a temporary restraining order. In response, Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, called the allegations a “cash grab” and denied the claims.

Rolling Stone reports that Stern described Tate as initially loving but later verbally abusive, using derogatory terms and asserting control over her. The lawsuit includes text messages allegedly from Tate, suggesting violence and control.

Tate, a former kickboxer with over 10 million followers on social media, is also facing human trafficking charges in Romania. He recently returned to the U.S. after a Romanian judge halted the trial due to procedural issues.

Stern’s lawsuit seeks unspecified damages, and she has publicly shared her experience, stating that she fears retaliation but is determined to speak the truth. The case highlights ongoing concerns about Tate’s behavior and legal challenges.
