LA MIRADA (CNS) – A shooting in La Mirada left one man dead and another in critical condition at a hospital, authorities said Sunday.
The shooting occurred at about 11 p.m. Saturday in the 13900 block of Valley View Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies dispatched to the scene located two men in a parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds. Paramedics rushed the pair to a hospital, where one was pronounced dead and the other was listed in critical condition, but with stable vital signs.
No further information was immediately available.
