Dodgers Players 2026 Walk Up Songs Announced

The Los Angeles Dodgers are gearing up for a run at three straight World Series titles, and as the back-to-back champions take the field Thursday to open the 2026 season, they’re doing it with a soundtrack.

Walk-up songs are a beloved baseball tradition — a few seconds of music that play over stadium speakers as a batter steps to the plate. For Dodger faithful packing into Chavez Ravine this season, those songs will be as familiar as the crack of the bat.

One of the most talked-about selections this spring belongs to first baseman Freddie Freeman, who’s keeping things personal — and musical. According to Sports Illustrated, Freeman is sticking with ‘Baila Conmigo’ by Dayvi and Victor Cardenas as his walk-up song for the 2026 season.

Freeman told SportsNet LA broadcaster Kirsten Watson that the song carries special meaning. “We’ve kind of been on ‘Baila Conmigo’ ever since I hit the grand slam,” he said. “It’s kind of staying. When everybody hears that song they know it’s me coming up to the plate.”

The song choice has become a family affair for Freeman. His oldest son, Charlie, has long played a role in picking his dad’s walk-up music. Charlie is a well-known Bad Bunny fan, and previously steered Freeman toward the Puerto Rican superstar’s hits — including ‘Tití Me Preguntó’ in 2023 and ‘Monaco’ during the Dodgers’ 2024 World Series championship run.

But ‘Baila Conmigo’ has taken hold, and Freeman isn’t letting it go. “I will be sticking with ‘Baila Conmigo’ because it kind of sticks with me and everywhere I go,” Freeman said.

He did leave the door open for a possible Bad Bunny return, noting the artist recently wiped his Instagram — a move fans often read as a sign of new music on the way. “Charlie loves Bad Bunny, so we’ll see what’s going on,” Freeman added. Freeman, now heading into his fifth season in Los Angeles, remains under contract through 2027. He’s expressed a desire to eventually retire as a Dodger, and Dodgers president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman has said the team is open to that possibility as well.
