Victoria Jones, the daughter of legendary actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead at the age of 34 at a San Francisco Hotel on Thursday (January 1).
The San Francisco Police Department confirmed to the New York Post that officers responded to a report of a medical emergency at the Fairmont San Francisco Hotel at 3:14 a.m. local time. Jones was reportedly found on the 14th floor by a hotel guest who thought she was passed out from drinking and alerted staff, a source with knowledge of the situation told to the Daily Mail.
Hotel staff immediately performed CPR and called an ambulance before Jones was pronounced dead at the scene after paramedics arrived. Jones’ cause of death hasn’t yet been determined, however, there was no indication that her death was a suicide nor signs of foul play or drug paraphernalia found at the scene.
It’s undetermined whether Jones was a guest at the hotel or why she was on the 14th floor at the time of her death. Tommy Lee Jones shared the late 34-year-old with his first wife Kimberlea Cloughley.
Victoria was arrested at least three times within the past year, which included obstructing a peace officer, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a narcotic controlled substance, according to court documents obtained by the New York Post.
