Tesla Road-Rage Driver Arrested Again in Hawaii

Nathaniel Radimak, a 39-year-old known for road-rage incidents in Southern California, has been arrested in Honolulu, Hawaii, for a similar offense. Less than a year after his early release from a five-year sentence, Radimak is facing new charges following an altercation on Wednesday.

According to the Honolulu Police Department, Radimak, driving a gray Tesla, sped past an 18-year-old driver on Halekauwila Street. After exchanging words, he allegedly assaulted the young woman and her 35-year-old mother before fleeing the scene. He was arrested on Thursday in Waikiki and is charged with unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, assault, and contempt.

Radimak’s previous offenses in Southern California involved nearly a dozen victims, mostly women, and often included using a metal pipe to damage vehicles. Despite a five-year sentence in September 2023, he was released early due to prison overcrowding and credit-earning opportunities. His release sparked outrage among victims, who feared he would re-offend.

Stanley Aragon, the uncle of the teen victim in Hawaii, expressed hope that the Honolulu Police Department would ensure Radimak remains behind bars this time. “It seems he has anger issues,” Aragon said, “It’s only escalating.”
