A 5.1-magnitude aftershock earthquake was reported in Burma (Myanmar) on Sunday (March 30), according to the United States Geological Survey.
The earthquake was centered at a depth of 10 kilometers (about 6.2 miles). The USGS said it received five report of people having felt the earthquake at the time of publication.
The aftershock earthquake was reported two days after a deadly 7.7-magnitude earthquake in Southeast Asia. More than 1,600 people were killed and 2,376 were injured in relation to the earthquake, which was centered in Myanmar (Burma), officials announced in an update on Sunday via ABC News.
